We ship to all 50 states by UPS out of Lake Elsinore, California. We do require a physical address (no PO boxes). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Any package received from an international shipper will be refused and retruned to sender.
Most lug nut orders ship within 1 business day.
All wheel orders are built to order, and take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. The timeframe your order is completed in does depend on the volume of orders we have when we receive your order, but a general timeframe is listed at the top of each wheel category page on this website. When an order is placed online, you will be contacted by phone within 2 business days to verify your order, and at that time you will receive your exact ship date. We strive to serve each order as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any special requests for your shipping date, do not hesitate to include them in the order comments section of your order.
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our wheels as ordered and will replace any wheel that comes to you which was built improperly.
Wheels are custom built to your specifications, however, and are non returnable or refundable.
Lug Nut Returns
You may return new, unused lug nuts within 30 days of delivery for refund of your purchase price, less a 10% restock fee, and shipping costs.
Returns sent in after 30 days of the original order, or in damaged packaging will be subject to up to 50% restocking fee.
Lug nuts that are returned damaged or used will not receive a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Lug Nut Exchange
Exchanges are available without cost. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are returning because you changed your mind or need a different part than you ordered, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
